• Some issues may not be able to be covered within a six (6) week lesson frame: Examples being fearful, aggression, and other complex issues. Further discussion will be needed to determine correct training

• Packages must be pre-paid before the arrival of the trainer for the first lesson.

• Six (6) week sessions must be completed in six (6) weeks, consistency and dedication from the dog owner is required. Special circumstance can be discussed

• Fees are non refundable once training starts

• In case of illness or emergency, we will gladly reschedule. If illness, please contact 24 hours prior to session. NO SHOWS will be charged fully.

• Other reschedule requests may result in full or partial appointment fee
